Refund policy

Returns

After have made a purchase from Chloe Evans Designs, you have up to 30 days in which to return your order. If you don't reach out within those 30 days to request a return, I will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any custom prints, bespoke orders, or orders for lampshades and cushions as there are all made-to-order.

Before making a return, please reach out to me by email at chloeevansdesigns@hotmail.com so that I have an opportunity to resolve any issues you have first, and to ensure any returns are sent to the correct place.

Customer satisfaction is a priority for me so please get in touch if you have any problems. 

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition that they arrived in and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.

There may be some situations where only a partial refund can be issued, including if an item is returned that isn't in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to an error on my part.

Refunds

Once an item/order has been returned and I have checked that it is in its original condition, I will contact you via email to let you know that I have received the return and if I have approved or rejected your refund request.

If I approve your refund, the refund will be processed and a credit issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

If you have not received your refund within 7 days, please check your bank account again first. Then please contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact me at chloeevansdesign@hotmail.com.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items are unable to be refunded, only standard-priced items are available for refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be approved for damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me at chloeevansdesign@hotmail.com

Shipping

To return your order, you should contact me at chloeevansdesign@hotmail.com first so that you can let me know your reason for the return and I can confirm the correct returns address.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer free returns. The original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. If you do receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

When returning an item, please be sure to obtain proof of postage when sending your order. Any orders that are sent without proof of postage that goes missing will be ineligible for a refund.

If you a returning an item with a value of over £30, I would highly suggest that you use a tracked postal service or purchase shipping insurance in case your return goes missing.

Please be mindful that postal delays in your local area may affect the time that it takes for your exchanged items to reach you.
