Delivery Options & Costs

All print, cushion, and mug orders are posted by either Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard) or Tracked 24 (express). Lampshades are posted with Parcel Force due to their size. Delivery costs depend on the item and weight of the package. Delivery charges can be found at the checkout.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer international shipping at this time. 

Order Processing Times

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed (unless otherwise stated on my website), though I always strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible. If any change is made to my order processing times, an announcement will be added to the header at the top of my website.

All orders are shipped from the UK.

I cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by known postal strikes in the area where the order is due to be delivered. Please be mindful of this when placing an order.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before checking out as any orders placed with the incorrect address are unlikely to arrive and cannot be refunded. If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect please contact me at chloeevansdesign@hotmail.com as soon as possible to see if the error can be rectified before your order is dispatched.
